Shipping Policy

Wholesale Flowers Store LLC provides shipping via FedEx, UPS, or other express shipping services on all bulk flowers available on our website shipped within the lower 48 contiguous United States.

Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday.

You must choose a desired delivery date, our team will deliver that chosen day. If not possible we will get in touch with you to check delivery alternatives.

Special Shipping Charges

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged an additional $65 per box surcharge.

Shipments to Puerto Rico can be arranged on a case by case basis, to check shipping to your area please email sales@wholesaleflowers.store with the complete shipping address and one of our representatives can confirm availability to your address and provide an order total with additional shipping fees for this region.

Saturday Delivery is not recommended for most weddings but may be considered under special circumstances. This option is not available on our website, so if you require Saturday delivery please call and speak to a customer service representative. Saturday deliveries will be charged an additional $35 per box.

Tracking Your Order

Your order can be tracked through the My Account page. Shipments typically begin 24-72 hours prior to your delivery date, if you do not see ordering tracking links please check back closer to your scheduled delivery date.

Receiving Your Shipment

Our flowers are shipped from a network of well over 200+ farms around the world. Because of this, it is possible that you will receive one box from one shipping carrier (i.e. FedEx) and another box from another shipping carrier (i.e. UPS) in the same day.

The flowers may arrive in multiple boxes.

We recommend caring for your flowers as soon as possible! Please follow our Flower Care & Preparation guide for each flower type you are receiving.

Wholesale Flowers Store highly recommends that our customers (or a representative) be present for delivery.

A signature may be required at the time of delivery, which is up to the discretion of the driver at the time of delivery.

Wholesale Flowers Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, FedEx/UPS or other shipping delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or other acts of nature.

Wholesale Flowers Store provides a Quality Guarantee on all products. This does not, however, include free return shipping nor does it guarantee shipping dates or times.
