All refund requests must be communicated both over the phone and by email, don’t forget to fully document the claim with pictures and videos indicating the number of flowers that are being claimed for refund.
All this must be done within 24 hours after you receive the products otherwise your claim will not be accepted and no refund will be granted.
We do not guarantee color tone matches. Flowers are a product of Mother Nature and can vary in color from. farm to farm and also depending on many other external factors.
WholesaleFlowers.Store is not responsible for products mishandled by customers. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly take care of the flowers.
Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless the shipment arrives out of schedule/delivery date.
